It worked well enough for about 18 months buy I found that after repeated sweaty workouts the glue adhering the two sides of the strap together deteriorated and it split apart. It still works and since it doesn't really need both sides of the strap, cutting off the loose end keeps it functional.
For 8 bucks, I don't feel like I was cheated.

Smart ConsumerSave your money and buy a reputable brand name armband. I just received it today and almost all of the velcro pieces on the band had fallen off prior to me opening the package. I understand it was only $7 shipped so I suppose you get what you pay for, junk!
