In these videos, the instructor goes through just about every feature in audition 3. For every feature he loads up one of 2 or 3 waveforms that he has, applies the effect or edit or whatnot that he is demonstrating, then with little discussion or explanation about what it actually does to the sound, he moves on to the next one. Sometimes he at least plays back the modified waveform, sometimes he does not. You kind of see that "ooh that waveform deformed" a little or whatever, but are left wondering WHY you would do that, or what effect that actually has on the sound.
This is one of those products that you wonder whether it has any target audience at all. For those very experienced with audition, it certainly won't give you any new insights other than to let you know perhaps that certain features that you might not know exist in the latest version. If you are a beginner (like me) it also doesn't offer you much, because there is very little in the way of discussion about the "do's and don't" or "when's and why's" of this stuff. So it comes across as just a lot of button mashing. I'm sure that the instructor knows what he is doing, he just doesn't share much of his knowledge in this tutorial.
What I would have found a lot more helpful, would be covering less features but discussing them in a lot more depth.
