Because paying $40 for this cover is ridiculous... I bought mine for less than $10, on Amazon. Don't waste your money... search for other options from sellers. However, this case is very nice.

This Belkin product is exactly what it appears to be on the picture from the internet. I am very happy with this product, though I wish it had a clip or something to attach to me while walking. I use this case to carry my ipod in my purse.

This is a nice case to protect your i-pod. It is slim and can drop into a pocket without the extra bulk. Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.
5/11/2009 Update. I just wanted to add this bit. The company "Buy Accessories" has contacted me twice to rectify any complaints I have about the product. That is a stand up company.
