It protects like any other. Maybe it's me but even though I clean everything I still can't apply these things
without at least one piece of dust which shows up like a bubble.
It's definitely reflective, but also enhances glare and shows fingerprints and smudges vividly.
Sticks well and feels good, interaction with unit is great.

This product may be acceptable to some people, but the visibility through the reflective screen cover is terrible. Not only does it cut down on the amount of light that can pass through, it also has a grid of very thin lines criss-crossing over the entire screen. For me this was very distracting and unappealing. I put the protector on for a day for kicks, just to show my friends how ridiculous it was. Then I promptly removed the protector and then bought a standard clear plastic one.

This product exceeded my expectations. It is as described, very durable and reusable. I have taken it off my IPOD and replaced it serveral times and it holds in place without the ends lifting. The mirror image allows privacy so that others will not be able to see what you are doing unless they are directly in front of the device. It was an extremely great value for the price.
