My iPod Touch won't leave home without one, November 20, 2009

First off...not the same brand as advertised, but it seems to be essentially the same product.

I have an iPod Touch 3G, and this seems to keep the screen more grease-free than the original screen, and it protects against scratches. I have one little bubble I can't get rid of, but it's not really a problem.

This doesn't seem to impair at all the use of the touch screen. In fact, while I'm not sure of this, it seems to give a little better control.

My title says it all: I anticipate having to replace the screen cover after a few months of use, so I'm glad I have two spares. But I intend to always have one on my Touch.



Sticky residue remains on protective screen, November 19, 2009

The protector itself seems good and was easy to install. However, there is an instructional sticker on the outer surface of the protector that leaves a dreadfully sticky residue when you try to remove it. Major hassle that requires some kind of solvent to remove. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a clean screen. Also, the bubble-removal card that is listed on the packaging was NOT included.

This is my second set. I had one protector on my iTouch for a year, and the glass screen is in perfect condition. Like them so well I cut the other 2 protectors to fit camera and cell phone.

Placing them perfectly is tough, I always seem to get a small bubble left by a small piece of dust.
