This is the prescribed book for the Honours course I'm doing this year in my Media Studies degree. Although at first glance, one thinks that the book is rather thin for such a hefty price tag, it soon becomes evident that the author writes clearly and concisely, using everyday language and providing all the facts you need without superfluous words. I've always hated textbooks which are written from one professor to the other without taking into account that students need to be able to decipher them. Congratulations Mr Albarran for creating such a user-friendly and very interesting textbook!
