My wife got me this for Christmas. I Plugged it into my Debian Linux Box and it worked right out of the box. I've got it working with Rosegarden, Hydrogen, and Zynaddsubfx through jackd. I also was able to link the MIDI control surfaces with the volume & pan controls in Ardour, as well as the stop, play, Recored and loop buttons.
Once again Linux comes out ahead with out the need for a drivers CD. I through that CD out :)

First of all, it IS vista-32bit/Mac compatible. Thing with vista is you have to download the Vista 32-bit driver off their website

-Nearly every key/slider/knob is assignable
-Cheap
-Easy to setup
-Works for both Mac & Windows
Cons:
-Userguide that comes with it doesn't show you how to do anything
-Had to manually go to their website and download the vista-32bit driver.
-Driver Installation CD only works for XP/Mac

I used many different brands of MIDI controllers, and was given an OXY 61 by M-Audio to review in my new book: Composing Digital Music For Dummies. Composing Digital Music For Dummies (For Dummies (Computer/Tech))
I've found that it works great with almost all software, and has some built-in settings to help interface with programs like Reason and Ableton, which help speed the learning curve. I've found it simple to use, yet it supplies a lot of advanced features, the best combination.
