Ds AshtonI just received my copy 2 days ago and I haven't been able to stop reading it. This books is intended for someone who wants to understand the concepts of audio from the beginning. The book is very well written and it uses easy language and uncomplicates the complicated. I recommend this book for anyone in the audio business.

This book provides a thorough breakdown of techniques and procedures commonly used in today's recording environments. I haven't fully investigated the contents of the book, but everything I have come across so far has been very good material. Lots of information in here. Used this book for one of my classes in school.
