I was looking for a way to spend more time reading my Bible and now since I have it on CD's - when I am driving in the car... I can listen to God's word as a drive to work or school or on trips. This was a wonderful way of figuring out how to read the Bible and not just doing it at church.

Very happy with audio Cd's. The reading is swift yet clear, good background music composition, and great voice changes for each person presented in the Bible. A nice read along for my children and helps them to be more engaged. Would definietely recommend to others and especially those who have a long commute to work.

Good value for the money. The general narration is awesome. I love listening to the cd's. The voices of the characters are overdramatized, unprofessional, and corny, which is somewhat distracting. However, overall, I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this version of the Bible on CD recently and found it very helpful to listen to whole books of the BIble at a time. The relevance of familiar O.T. passages become clearer when they are read in context as the stories unfold.
The actors are well chosen and the text comes alive as different voices read the words of different Biblical characters. Although I am British I found the American accents easy to listen to although Biblical names are often pronounced differently.
Personally I found the continuous background music intrusive and inappropriate at times.
So far I have only read the first 10 books of the O.T. and a few excerpts from the N.T. However, I would say this is a top quality product. May it bring blessing to all who decide to buy it.
