I am new to pro tools and the more I get into it the more I enjoy all its features. Pro Tools 101 is a great reference manual. It is a bit technical but once you begin to work with the program and begin to understand the features the book becomes easier to handle. IF you have never used this product, you can't go wrong with this book. Take it from a guy who knew nothing about Pro Tools and in one week, I am almost finish with my first project......Welcome to Pro Tools.

This book has been very helpful in giving me an introduction into the Pro Tools software. Pro Tools isn't the only DAW out there, but it is the industry standard. If you're looking to make a career in music production, I highly recommend this book as a place to start.
