Effective but stinky, December 2, 2008

This case is rugged, stylish and effective. A real deal at $14. My only complaint is that it absorbs the oils in your hands and starts to stink real bad after about 2 months. The remedy was a simple overnight soak in some bleach.

this item fits the phone perfect and it absorbs the shock when phone falls (which can be frequent for me lol).

The Ryan AbramsThis case does exactly what it promised too. It's not too bulky and still fits well into my pocket, though obviously, as with most any attachment to the sleek iPhone, occasionally it does stick to the inner fabric a little bit.
- It's very easy to hold
- Attachments all fit easily into slots
- No problem taking pictures
- Still very easy to adjust volume and toggle silent mode
- Haven't had any difficulty with audio when using the phone
- Good protection around the edges
I haven't dropped my iPhone yet and really wouldn't recommend that, but it seems like this would do a good job of giving some protection.
I would definitely suggest this to anybody looking for a durable, functional, and stylish case.
DO NOT BUY FOR 3G!!!, November 18, 2008

C. CostickThis case blocks the top sensor on the 3g and will cause the screen to appear to crash, but this case is blocking the sensor!
Nice Cover but your phone won't work properly after you put it on, November 6, 2008
By
S. HornsbyInitially, I really liked the cover and when my IPhone started acting strange, I thought it was the phone. How in the world, I asked myself, could a cover make my screen go black and not let me hang it up? Well, a friend of mine and I found that the part of this cover closest to the top of the IPhone screen actually covers the sensors that tell it to turn off when it's on your ear. This really confuses the IPhone and when you take it off your ear, it can't always tell and you get a black screen. This is EXTREMELY frustrating when you put a call on mute, for instance, and someone in a meeting asks you a question. Well, you can't come off mute because the screen is black. You also won't be able to hang up the phone on your end - not a big deal if the other end hangs up, but extremely annoying if you are talking to your 6 year old and they don't always hang up!!!
So, what do you do? Well, I still have my cover but I had to use an exacto knife to do some modifying. For $[...], I think this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm completely disappointed. You would think this company had some quality assurance with their products -- apparently not though.
