Not even worth a penny... all the accessories are very pathetic quality wise... my silicon case was borken whn I got it... car charger doesn't work. USB cable spoils the ipod battery, earphones are like a clock radio

This package was worth it for just the silicone case and the arm band, the rest was a bonus. Here's what I thought of each piece. I've had everything for about a month.

Cover - Hey it's a cover, what else can it really do?
Screen protector - pretty darn easy to put on compared other products. Smudges easily but hasn't scratched and has protected the screen.
Arm band - works well for exercising
Wall charger - works, no problems
Car charger - doesn't work! The iPod says "Charging not supported with this accessory" when plugged in.
USB cable - works fine.
Headphones - Complete trash. You're pretty much better off not listening at all than trying to use these things. I can't really think of anything that has worse audio quality (clock radio? PC speaker? kids' toy?)
