Website is horrible, November 29, 2008

That each stuffed animal comes with access to a fun website is a big plus and a large part of why you would pay what you pay for a small stuffed animal. However, the website is constantly down. The problems range from not being able to log on to being booted off after 1-2 minutes of play. A topic of conversation in our house is when one of the kids say, "Hey, I was able to be on Webkinz for over ten minutes today without being booted off." Ganz knows of the problem but rather than fixing the website pockets the profits. Do a websearch on webkinz or Ganz and you will see 100's of similar complaints. Oh, writing to Ganz gets you no response.

Amy TreneryAll the webkinz toys are really the same. They are cute and very soft and they encourage your child to care for them online. Plus, the website offers jobs, school, and sports.
